Automatic Tool Changer
 

Our ATC carries up to 40 tools to allow for all the different drill sizes you will need in multi-nest production, plus redundant tools. We offer a swing-arm tool change cycle that swaps tools in less than two seconds. Tool drop-off and pick-up occur in the background and tools are placed in dedicated pockets to avoid set-up confusion. Chip-to-chip tool change time is 15 seconds, about the same time required for spindle braking and spool-up. This system includes our broken-tool sensor.
